I’m Federico (Fede) Iglesias, and I build custom tools for small businesses from Barcelona.
Bio
I started out in presales: my job was to sit down with clients and show them demos. That’s where I learned the most important part of this job: listen to how people actually work before proposing anything, and explain things without jargon.
Since then, I’ve spent more than 10 years building products: commerce platforms, internal dashboards, data integrations and mobile apps, for companies in very different industries.
Today I work with small businesses that still depend on spreadsheets and manual data entry: distributors, B2B commerce and logistics. I work on projects with fixed scope and price, asynchronously, and I use AI where it genuinely saves work.
I care about what I deliver actually being used. That’s why I start from the real process, show you something working as early as possible, and leave everything documented and in your name.
