This policy explains what personal data I process when you visit this website, email me or book a call. It’s short because I process very little data.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
- Controller: Federico Andres Iglesias Colombo.
- Tax ID (NIF): 55360705G.
- Address: Carrer del Centre, 3, 1.º 3.ª, 08850 Gavà (Barcelona).
- Contact: hello@fedeiglesias.com.
- Data protection officer: none, as one is not required for this activity.
If you email me
I process your name, your email address and whatever you tell me in your message, in order to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the contact details of professionals and businesses, legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of the Spanish data protection act, LOPDGDD).
Retention: if we end up working together, for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law. If not, I delete the messages no later than one year after our last contact.
Messages arrive through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards them to my Gmail mailbox (Google).
Visitor statistics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visits each page gets. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and cannot identify you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, in aggregate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and security
The website is served from Cloudflare’s network, which processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to hello@fedeiglesias.com. I will reply within one month.
If you believe I have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it, I cannot reply to you or schedule the call. I do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
