Hi, I’m Fede
Full-stack developer with more than 10 years of experience. I build custom tools (integrations, back offices and dashboards) for companies that run on Excel. Fixed-scope projects: I bill per deliverable, not by the hour.

Services
Three ways to start. Each one with scope, timeline and price fixed before any work begins.

Process audit
Before investing in a project, find out what’s actually worth automating. You get a plan with three prioritized proposals, each with scope, timeline and price.
Includes, among other things
- One or two sessions with the people who do the work, to see the real process rather than the one in the manual.
- A review of your spreadsheets, your ERP and the data you already have.
- A document with the three automations that would save you the most time, ranked by impact, each with a fixed scope, timeline and price.

Custom dashboard
The numbers you check every week, in a web dashboard that updates itself from your spreadsheets, your ERP or other sources.
Includes, among other things
- A connection to one or two data sources: your spreadsheets, your ERP, a database or an API.
- The metrics and charts we agree on before starting, no more and no less.
- Automatic updates, with no copying and pasting.

Process automation
A process that’s done by hand today, such as entering emailed orders into your ERP, running on its own, with human review wherever it’s needed.
Includes, among other things
- One process automated from end to end. For example: receive the order, read it, check it and enter it into the ERP.
- AI only where it adds value, such as reading documents that arrive in different formats.
- Checks against your own data: customer, item, price and stock.

Sound familiar?
These are the most common signs that a process in your business needs its own tool.
Someone on your team spends hours retyping emailed orders into the ERP.
The weekly sales report is put together by hand from several spreadsheets.
There is one critical spreadsheet that only one person understands.
The same data gets typed in two or three times, in different programs.
Finding out what needs restocking means asking around or opening three files.

How I work
No billable hours and no surprises: you know what you’ll get, when, and what it costs.
Intro call
20 minutes to understand the problem and see whether I can help. No strings attached.
Fixed proposal
Scope, price and delivery date in writing, before we start.
Weekly updates
Every week you get a written update: what’s done, what’s next and what I need from you.
Delivery and 30 days of support
You get a working, documented tool, plus 30 days to fine-tune whatever needs it.
I work asynchronously: we talk by email and schedule a call when one is needed. Your team keeps its mornings free of meetings.
Demos
Examples you’ll be able to try in your browser, with sample data.
- Coming soon
From email orders to the ERP
A PDF order lands in the inbox and shows up in the system; anything that doesn’t match is set aside for review.
- Coming soon
Sales dashboard from a spreadsheet
A sample sales dashboard that updates itself from an Excel file.
- Coming soon
Invoice review
Supplier invoices read with AI, and a review queue for the doubtful ones before they reach the books.
Frequently asked questions
Will it work with my current spreadsheets or ERP?
Yes. Your team keeps its spreadsheets and its ERP; what goes away is the retyping. I connect to what you already use, through import and export files or the ERP’s API, and before proposing anything I check whether your software already has a feature that solves it.
What happens after delivery?
You get 30 days of support to fix bugs and fine-tune details. After that there’s an optional monthly maintenance plan. If you’d rather not, you keep everything documented so whoever you choose can maintain it.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it adds value: for example, to read orders or invoices that arrive in different formats, and to deliver faster and for less. The AI never enters anything that doesn’t add up without someone reviewing it first.
How does payment work?
In milestones set out in the proposal: one part up front and the rest on delivery. I invoice as a self-employed professional in Spain, and prices exclude VAT.
What if I need changes?
The scope is fixed in writing in the proposal. If you need something different along the way, I tell you what it means for price and timeline before doing anything, and you decide.
Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in your company’s repository, and the accounts for the services it uses (hosting, domain, APIs) are in your name. No lock-in: you can keep working with me, with someone else or with your own team.
Shall we talk about your process?
In 20 minutes we’ll look at what’s eating your team’s time and whether it makes sense to automate it. No strings attached.
