Process audit
Before investing in a project, find out what’s actually worth automating. You get a plan with three prioritized proposals, each with scope, timeline and price.
- Typical timeline
- 1 to 2 weeks
- Price
- Fixed price, agreed before we start

What it solves
You know your team loses hours copying data from one place to another, but it’s not clear where to start or what fixing it would cost. Jumping into a big project without knowing is the most expensive way to find out.
What’s included
- One or two sessions with the people who do the work, to see the real process rather than the one in the manual.
- A review of your spreadsheets, your ERP and the data you already have.
- A document with the three automations that would save you the most time, ranked by impact, each with a fixed scope, timeline and price.
- An honest recommendation: if something can be solved with what you already have, I’ll tell you.
- A final call to go through the document and answer your questions.
How it works
Intro call
20 minutes to understand what’s worrying you and check that an audit makes sense.
Sessions with your team
We look at how things work today: what comes in, who types it up and where it gets stuck.
Analysis
I review files, data and software, and work out what each improvement costs and how much time it saves.
Delivery
You get the document, and we go through it on a call. It’s yours: you can carry it out with me, with someone else or with your own team.
Frequently asked questions
Does my data need to be organized before we start?
No. Looking at the state of your data is part of the audit, and the document covers what would need tidying up, if anything.
Am I committed to the project afterward?
No. The document is yours, and it’s just as useful whether you do the work with me, with someone else or with your own team.
Will it work with my current spreadsheets or ERP?
Yes. Your team keeps its spreadsheets and its ERP; what goes away is the retyping. I connect to what you already use, through import and export files or the ERP’s API, and before proposing anything I check whether your software already has a feature that solves it.
How does payment work?
In milestones set out in the proposal: one part up front and the rest on delivery. I invoice as a self-employed professional in Spain, and prices exclude VAT.
